[PHPTAL] Memory related fatal error

Reading http://bugs.php.net/bug.php?id=41713 (spamtrap's comment) told me
that this Fatal Error can happen even if the script takes relatively little
memory, and that it's a problem with PHP. Hopefully, this has been fixed
(this particular bug has).
