[PHPTAL] PHPTAL_RepeatController and PDOStatement

I've attached to this email a patch with a bug fix for the
RepeatController grouping feature (it wasn't working with multiple
calls in the same iteration) and unit tests for 'letter', 'roman',
'groups' and 'groups with paths'.
