[PHPTAL] XMLNS & DTD

Thanks but theses URL go on an 404 Error page, it's may be what's
excepted, I don't know.

If I put them in my <html> tag, the w3c validator continue to show the
errors.

It's strange, there is surely a trick to have a valid XHTML page with
metal/tal/i18n namespaces..
