[PHPTAL] PHPTAL Rewritten?

Hi Laurent

It is a bit "sad" to hear that you are planning to hand the project to 
someone else, considering that you have done such a great job with it, 
and that you are so knowledgeable when it comes to  questions regarding 
PHPTAL's capabilities.

Even if it does happen that you hand it over, I hope you will still be 
answering questions in (e.g.) the list? I guess that would become harder 
over time, if the codebase changes?
