[PHPTAL] Include templates

Hello.
To include templates in main template I have to use macros 
(define-macro, use-macro).
Unfortunatelly if I want to include template which not containts whole 
block (for example <p>...</p>) I recieve validation exception that tag 
was open but not close etc. It's look like that every included template 
is validating separately. It's very unhandy becouse in my opinion there 
should be validation of whole template and not everyone separately. Is 
there any other way to include templates which contains fragment of 
templates (not whole block)?
