[PHPTAL] php rails with phptal ? someone ?

Hello people, i want to begin test rails, the mvc framework that 
everybody is talking about, i want to know if someone have tried it yet 
using one of the ports for php like: phpontrax and cakephp, is it 
possible to use phptal with any of  this two frameworks ? is there any 
others ? which seem to be better ? phpontrax or cakephp ? someone had 
used symfony ? any comments ?
