[Neko] install and make

hello all..
the wiki seems pretty self explaining till the point of the neko 'make'
(talking about this http://haxe.org/compile file)
I get an error there which i do not understand, so hopefully some of you do.
With this mail is an attachment where you can see the 'make' results, 
anybody an idea what's up or what's next ?
Trying up and off for some time now to get neko and neko_mod 
(especially) running on my ubuntu server install,
using apache 2.0.*. It would be so great to have it working and show the 
world what haxe is all about..
