[Neko] NekoTools Compiling Error

Hi Nicolas,

 

I have the latest version of Cygwin installed, but when I compile the
tools using the included makefile, I get

 

make: c:/cygwin/bin/times: Command not found

 

I have verified that this command doesn't exist in the directory
structure... Is there somewhere I can obtain this file?
