[mtasc] About ActionStep

You should be using Eclipse and then the svn plug-in for Eclipse will 
download the project with a simple click and you can get updates just as 
easily or just check to see which modules have been updated and what 
changes have been made and why before you download.

You can hten point your Actionscript project to the Actionstep project 
to put the modules in your classpath.
