[mtasc] MX v.2 Components Patch for MTASC

You could use SWFMill, but I prefer Flash IDE, as you are using a
licensed set of components and Flash IDE right now optimice it better.

btw, We need that SWFMill get some optimizations (not repeat assets
inside a SWF)
