[mtasc] mtasc, flash8 & mx.transitions

If you look at the code for mx.transitions.easing.Strong, there's an
#include statement on line 10:
 #include "../Version.as"
 mtasc doesn't like includes (i don't agree with the reason, but i don't get
to say... :-))
