[mtasc] mtasc 1.08 version problem

No problem.
Sad thing would be if I'm right on first "guess" - older version (1.07)
is packed into (1.08).
I did not check all changes in latest version, but "fixed bug in check
for implemented interfaces" seems to be not working or not working the
way I expect it to work.
