[mtasc] Update - Scite::ASCS v0.06

Scite::ASCS is a lightweight Actionscript 2 IDE extended from the SciTE editor:
- ActionScript 2 code completion and navigation,
- MTASC integration (building, checking).

Since v0.06, projects are optionnal: 
- code completion and MTASC code checking work without any project
defined using implicit (local classes path) and default classpathes,
- so it can do it's job as an external editor for the Flash IDE.

SciTE is a developper editor wich offers:
- syntax coloring for 50+ languages,
- jsfl, css, php, perl, python, lua,... language APIs,
- code folding,
- code abbreviations,
- facilities for building and running programs,
- editor scripting in LUA,
- etc.
