[mtasc] creating a FLA-less application

I don't have much experience with v2 components and I can't help you
much in this case.

You can see how I'm doing this by getting the latest CVS copy of
EnFlash framework:
http://sourceforge.net/cvs/?group_id=137185. All the 3 demos can be
generated without a FLA file, but such one is also provided for Flash
IDE users.

Have you tried swfmill? It creates SWFs and let's you embed graphics and fonts.
