[mtasc] typed exceptions

The exception problem is not new with MMC. It just does not work with 
imports. ;) You always have to specifiy the fully qualified exception name 
(unless you catch it on the timeline). We already posted about this on the 
as2lib weblog (which actually is really messed up right now). Here is the
