[haXe] Can not access installed libraries

Hi,

I have installed Haxe 1.11 using the installer and then used haxelib to 
install arctic (0.6.0). When I compile the arctic examples from where 
they are installed all works well but if I copy the examples folder to a 
different directory the compiler complains that it can not find the 
arctic classes.

This worked fine using 1.10/0.5.0 so there must be something wrong with 
my installation.

The haxe related directories in my path are: "C:\Program 
Files\Motion-Twin\haxe" and "C:\Program Files\Motion-Twin\neko" and 
running "haxelib config" returns "C:\Program 
Files\Motion-Twin\haxe\lib". What can be wrong?
