[haXe] haXe 1.11 + Neko 1.5.3 Released

I get an error when I tried to use haxelib binary into this new version. 
It looks like this one:

Called from neko/net/ProxyDetect.hx line 60
Uncaught exception - Invalid Firefox config directory /root/.mozilla/firefox


I solved the problem by overwriting with the 1.10 haxelib file.
