[haXe] haXe 1.11 + Neko 1.5.3 Released

Hi,

I tried the new installer, and also the manual install, but both fail like
this:

Running process: C:\Program Files\Motion-Twin\haxe\haxe.exe desktop.hxml
Uncaught exception - module.c(121) : Builtin not found : varargs
Error :
Done(1)

The same happens when I run "haxelib" without any parameters.

The PATH contains C:\program Files\Motion-Twin\haxe\ and HAXEPATH is set
correctly to C:\program Files\Motion-Twin\haxe\, and registry is correct as
well.

Any ideas?
