[haXe] Exe, file io, gui, xml, calling other exe with parameters: What to use ?

Hi list,

during the last months i only skimmed the postings of this list, so
i'm not really up to date, which technologies are working well.

I want to create an offline executable, which needs to read some text
files, create a gui to choose from some options, create a xml file and
eventually call swfmill on this xml to create a swf. Which tools &
libraries do you recommend for such a project?
