[haXe] Problems with haxelib and haxedoc

In the case of Bastien, he need to recompile both haxelib and haxedoc
(available in haxe/std/tools, simply run the hxml) after making the
change in Reflect.

I will try to update both OSX and Linux binaries to 1.5.2 asap.
