[haXe] RPM spec file for haxe 1.10

Hi,

I have made my first attempt at packaging haxe using RPM.
The package includes haxe, haxelib, haxedoc and standard libraries.

The .spec file and rpm files can be found from the following URL:

Note for packagers:
You may not strip binaries.
After stripping, resulting binaries seems corrupt,
for example 'haxelib' command outputs error message - 'Uncaught
exception - std at module_read'.
