[haXe] Announcing: Two New Projects

Hi Asger,

Give me a little time to clean it up and, sure, I'll upload it. I don't 
like submitting things to haxeLib until I'm sure they're ready, though, 
as I feel haxeLib should be more of a library of usable components. 
Still, if Nicolas feels otherwise, I'll do that, too.
