[haXe] Announcing: Two New Projects

The trunk for NME doesn't currently contain the ndll.  If anyone wants 
this for Windows, I can provide, but Linux and Mac OSX users will need 
to ask someone else.  My Linux box is still down, and I ain't touching 
no OSX machine ;-)

I think I added the necessary Windows SDL dll's in the trunk, though.
