[haXe] Announcing: Two New Projects

Hi all,

It seems to me I've been sitting on too many projects that I should
release to the community even in their early state. Therefore, I'd like
to announce google code repositories for nPostgres and NME. nPostgres
is a database wrapper for the PostgreSQL database and fully supports the
haXe SPOD layer, while NME is a set of bindings for the SDL libraries.
The current state of these libraries are as follows:

nPostgres - complete, but needs testing / using.
NME - complete, but could use further haXe classes for Mappy map support
etc.

and, as you already know,
nMagick - 90% complete. ndll is pretty much complete, but the haXe
classes need finishing.

I will add these to haxeLib when I feel they are complete and stable
enough to warrant being there.

I have numerous other libs, plus some modifications to SWHX to add, but
I have limited free time these days. Most of this stuff is produced in
my dinner hour, or tinkering before I start work in the morning; hence
the slow progress.

As a tease, I have a port of wxWidgets that I'm slaving over, but it
requires more than the current window / button / textfield support that
it currently has. I also have a wrapper for the commercial ColdSteel
engine, which is 90% complete and a wrapper for the Allegro library,
which is around 50% complete. Plus, there's loads more that probably
won't see the light of day, except in my blog perhaps. I plan to push
the Allegro library most, as I intend on creating an IDE and basic
language oriented around Neko to help teach young children how to create
simple games and the like, but I guarantee all projects mentioned here
will get finished, either by me or by yourselves ;-)

Have fun!

Regards,
Lee
