[haXe] Bug in Arctic 0.9.2 - swf-version 9

I have been using haXe CVS for some time, because haXe 1.14 has a lot
of trouble with Flash 9. Therefore, I probably changed something by
accident so that Arctic is not compatible with this haXe version.

Can you settle with Arctic 0.9.1 until Nicolas makes a new haXe release?
