[haXe] haXe 1.15?

Hi,

There have been a lot of critical fixes in CVS since 1.14. Maybe it
would make sense to release 1.15 now?

In my code base, I have at least 100 errors which have been fixed in
CVS, and rather than start to work around all of these to make the
code work with 1.14, it would be nice to have a new release where I
don't have to do these workarounds.

Of course, I can compile haXe from CVS myself, but 1.14 seems to be a
release with some bad bugs, so I thought I'd ask.
