[haXe] Equivalent modifier to const / final / read-only?

Is there any modifier I can use for a variable to declare it as
read-only for all uses?

I know how to do a read-only variable for access outside the class, but
the class itself is still able to modify that variable.  (Not to mention
my other thread where I can't get the getters/setters to work for static
variables).
