[haXe] getNextHighestDepth is not available in Flash 6, but haxe does not complain

Hi,

Line 73 in flash.MovieClip should be guarded such that getNextHighestDepth
is not available when targetting Flash 6, or alternatively, a substitute
implemented. One example in ActionScript is given here:
