[haXe] haxe.xml.Check tutorial

Hey people:

For anyone interested, I have started the haxe.xml.Check tutorial on the page,
it's under " Parsing and using Xml" in the tutorial section. It's still not complete
but maybe some will find it useful. I hope to finish it by next week, writing it
on my spare time. Mybe after finishing this one, I'll complement the AJAX one.

We all can help haxe grow by talking to other people about it and helping newbies
learn. I'm thankfull to this list (especially to Nicolas) for helping me out in undertanding the language, currently my first project in haxe is going smoothly. Make no mistake, I'm 
still a newbie!, I'll be still asking lot of questions, (sometimes I can be annoying), but
I'll try to share all the answers I got.

Share the knowledge, write a tutorial!
