[haXe] nextSibling() and previousSibling() methods in Xml class

Hi,

To make it easier to traverse an XML tree when using the Neko API it would be
of great help to have nextSibling() and previousSibling() DOM methods in haXe's
Xml class. Would it be possible to have them implemented?
