[haXe] SWHX Transparent Windows

Hi Lee,

Current version (1.0.4) doesn't support transparent windowing. The 
upcoming version will have support for it, for both Windows and OSX. 
However, the current code is not optimized, for it renders the entire 
window upon each required redraw. I'll improve on that over successive 
releases.
