[haXe] Checking on SWHX 4 Linux

Hi tyju,

With some wonderful effort from Dan(daniel fischer) we now have a *clean*
working codebase in Linux. Event mechanism has to be implemented,
and it's a bit more than C programming, one has to  know his ways around
multiple APIs.

I will spend some time on it, but it's also a learning process for myself.
There is no timeline for now.

If you want to provide funding, I would suggest you to contact Edwin. He,
along with Nicolas of course, deserves the financial input.
