"Core" modules are part of the standard haXe/Neko distribution. It means
they are maintained by my company. While I think that having PostgreSQL
driver as part of the standard distribution would make perfect sense
(there is already MySQL and SQLite so...), I'm not sure to which extend
I can maintain several database modules.

In particular, since I'm not a PostgreSQL user, I'm not familiar with
its C API or in capacity to make appropriate tests when changes are
made.

Let me a bit more time to think about it.
Anyway, you shoul definitly list the module there.
