[haXe] Debugger Request.

The problem of developing a debugger by yourself is that this would be a
difficult action right into to basic compiler stuff. Even if I would know
Ocaml better it would be hard to get every idea that Nicolas (&co?) put into
the code, since you need all of them for writing the proper debugger. This
does not concern the certain IDE which of course can be provided by others.
The bigger part is hidden within the compiler support. I am happy that
Nicolas is interested in the JS version, especially since it would be unique
for the IE platform.
