[haXe] MixIns? Eventsystem?

While migrating an as2 application i wonder, how we can create a MixIn
like mx.events.EventDispatcher? The problem is, when i assign a method
of another object, i don't want to assign a delegate but a plain
method.

Also what is the state of the haxe event system which was proposed a
while back?
I couldn't find anything about it at the docs.
