[haXe] feature request: programatical creation of video objects

AFAIK, it's only possible to create Video Objects with tools like the flash
IDE or SwfMill. It would be great if Haxe could create them. Haxe also
creates the initial swf, so it makes sense to me, to create video objects as
well.

I suggest to define them in the .hxml build file, something like that:

-swf test.swf
-swf-video myVideo (parameters ???)
-main Test
