[haXe] Haxe backend for MTASC

Hello everyone,

  I have just started working on interfacing existing ActionScript
  libraries (ActionStep in particular), and things seem to go fine,
  but Reflection produces clumsy and untyped code, while coding
  external classes takes a lot of time. I think a nice way to fix this
  would be to implement a haxe backend for MTASC compiler to emit haxe
  external classes from the ActionScript ones (so it won't need to
  process the real code, only signatures). Any thoughts on that?
